Q. What type of camouflage will I need?

The type of camo you’ll need will be dependent on what environment you are hunting in. FORLOH currently offers three camos. They feature deep cover/dense vegetation, exposed/sparse vegetation, and winter/snowy conditions.


Q. How do I know what size I will need?

Using FORLOH's sizing guide you can get a better idea of how each product fits. If the sizing guide isn’t quite answering your questions, contact customer support at 1(833)791-0091 and we’ll help you find the best fit.

Q. Can order over the phone?

Absolutely! We have gear experts eagerly waiting to help you with your order. Feel free to contact customer support at 1(833)791-0091 between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm MST with any technical questions you might have about our products.


Q. Will I be able to return an item for a refund?

We will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund. These items must still have the original tags attached and be unworn/unused and in original condition.


Q. How do I track my order?

In the confirmation email you received after placing your order there is a tracking number. If you have deleted this email, please login into your FORLOH account and you will find your tracking number under the “orders” tab.


Q. How do I process a warranty claim?

Email warranty@forloh.com, please include within this email the order number, product description, your first and last name, and why you are trying to process a claim. Also, attaching pictures of the product's defect is highly recommended. Once the product is received, it will be inspected and processed by the warranty manager. You will receive email updates of this process and the possible outcomes available to you usually within 10 days.

Q. How do I become an influencer or become sponsored?

Thank you for your interest in the FORLOH Pro Program. This is a membership program for qualified outdoor professionals, outdoor industry partners, avid hunters and conservationists with an established social media following. Our members receive special pricing, and in return, members are asked to represent and share the values of our company. Membership is by application, is not guaranteed and can be revoked at any time. Please email pro@forloh.com to request and order.

Q. Do you offer bulk or group orders?

 

Whether you're a group planning a trip or getting the family together for a hunt - FORLOH offers the industry’s leading performance outerwear that will excel in every environment. Currently limited to online sales and our concept store, we are excited to extend qualifying groups an outfitters sales program to experience the FORLOH brand. All orders are evaluated individually to assess how we can best meet your needs and there is a 10 item minimum per order. Q. Is my warranty still valid on an item that is sold out or past season?

Our lifetime warranty will assist with repairing an item before replacing one. If your item cannot be repaired, we will send you a product replacement once the next shipment is received.
