"As the description says, you definitely need to size down if you want a tight authentic fit. I have this and the Polartec Half Zip, and the half zip in the same medium size fits more snug in the arms. Both are about the same around the chest. I have the Deep Space Base Layer in a medium that I use as a mid-layer over a T-shirt or other layer, and a small that I use as an actual base layer. As for warmth, it actually feels "cool" on the skin but it works as well as any other base layer. I would have preferred regular sleeves instead of the thumb-hole wide sleeves. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product. I have three of them."
