What Makes the Men's Expedition Parka Great
Why Being Made In The USA Matters
FORLOH is proudly 100% Made in America—from concept to finished product. Every step of the process, including design, sourcing, testing, and manufacturing, happens within the United States. This commitment ensures not only world-class quality and durability but also supports American workers, communities, and supply chains. Unlike brands that merely assemble products domestically using overseas materials, FORLOH goes further by sourcing all fabrics, trims, and components from American suppliers. It’s a deeper level of patriotism and accountability that you can feel in every stitch.
This full-circle, American-made approach isn’t just about national pride—it’s about performance you can trust in the field. FORLOH partners with cutting-edge U.S. manufacturers and textile innovators to develop gear that stands up to the harshest environments, from brush to mountain. By keeping production close to home, FORLOH maintains tighter quality control, faster innovation cycles, and a level of transparency that’s rare in the outdoor industry. When we say “Made in the USA,” we mean it—no compromises.

I wore this jacket while visiting Lake Placid.
While it was -6F with a real feel of -21F, I was easily kept warm with the Forloh Expedition. Future Forloh purchases are in my future!

Made it through one big eastcoast snowstorm with it already. Looking forward to really testing it next year on a hike in the Blue Ridge. Read LessRead less about I always wanted a serious cold weather

he next level. My only gripe is that the hood feels a little short, but maybe I just have a long neck. I also prefer coyote fur trim on the hood, but maybe I'm just old fashion. This sucker is WARM. You will need to use the pit zips and unzip the front if your walking in anything north of 30F degrees. So far I've taken out at -12F with -34F wind chill. Only my face and legs were cold, and even then it was welcomed so I could "cool off". I only own 2 other products from this company, and they are 3/3 for being the best of the best all while 100% made in the USA! God bless Forloh.
