"Terribly disappointed in this rain gear. I wore it while Salmon fishing in Alaska last week during a very light but steady rain. After just two hours the rain soaked completely through my Forloh."

"This is a good option for ultralight rain gear. Coverage is excellent, and it has some features (such as 2 front pouches and side snaps) that really set it apart. The big from pouch could be improved by adding some support to the top of the pocket. As it is now. If you put a bulky item (such as gloves) in it, the top flap doesn't secure very well and the contents will get wet. The material is on the noisy side, but not overly so, especially for rain gear. I have used other brands (First Lite and Kuiu) and I believe this poncho is my preference now."
"Before I left on my most recent trip to Japan, where the weather can be very unpredictable… I opted to purchase this poncho. It had the opportunity to serve me, when leaving the Sumo arena on day 14. Throngs of people and umbrellas…and they’re all still getting wet (mainly from umbrella run-off). Not me. The poncho deployed quickly from it’s built in storage pouch; donned equally fast, and it did the trick! Afterwards, a couple hops up and down and the vast majority of water rolls right off. Hang to dry for about 45 minutes and its ready to be folded and stored again. (And, ‘again’ happened on several more occasions in Japan!) One significant shortcoming is the hood design. When the wind is blowing in your face, it explodes the hood; sending (often cold/damp air into the poncho. This, of which could be remedied by adding a cinch cord around the opening (without adding significant weight to the package)."
"I wore this out turkey hunting this week when it was raining and loved it! I’m a size 6 in women’s and bought a small/medium in this and it fit over my gear. The side buttons allowed me to still easily access everything. And when it stopped raining, it was easy to pack up. For the price - can’t be beat. Highly recommend."

"Wanted a piece of packable rain gear to fit in my small daypack, this fit the bill! Seems well made, if I could I would add 6 inches at least to the length so it will hang below my knees when sitting, when I unsnap the sides it does cover. It rolls up the size of a pop can in my pack, love that it’s made in America!"
