The vest uses 650-fill Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified duck down combined with FORLOH’s Activ-Dri™ treatment, allowing insulation to remain up to 60% drier than traditional down while maintaining loft and warmth.

Perf-Weld™ construction replaces traditional stitched baffles, allowing moisture vapor to escape while helping prevent water intrusion through needle holes. This design supports temperature regulation during both movement and rest, creating insulation that adapts to changing activity levels.

The Quantum 40D ripstop nylon exterior provides lightweight durability and abrasion resistance suitable for field use.
